Food Vendor Application

Food Vendor Court will be a juried placement process. If you are selected you will be notified via e-mail no later than April 5, 2024. If you choose to accept a position at the 2024 Meridian Dairy Days you have until 5:00 pm Friday April 19, 2024 to submit signed final paperwork, Health Department certification, booth payment in full, proof of insurance and proper tax information. Vendor must comply with all Central District Health guidelines. Refunds: Cancellations must be submitted in writing and made on or before May 10, 2024 to receive a 50% refund. The Meridian Dairy & Stock Shows, Inc. cannot control the weather and does not take responsibility for weather conditions at this event. The Meridian Dairy Days Food Vendor location on the Dairy Grounds will have no water and no power. If you require power, you must provide your own quiet inverter. No additional power source, private or public, will be allowed. Please specify in detail inverter information you will be using. Conventional generators are not permitted.

If at the time of set-up your power equipment does meet fume and sound/noise restrictions, use of non-complying power equipment will be prohibited.

You will be required to provide a cash register z-report tape to settle your 10% payment on Thursday, June 20, Friday, June 21 and Saturday June 22, 2024. All Food Vendors will be required to pay 10% of all sales after taxes. The total 3-day fee will be collected at close of the show on Saturday, June 22, 2024. Payment must be made in cash or by check to the Meridian Dairy & Stock Show.

Booth size is 20 feet wide by 10 feet deep. Booth fee is $400 per booth. Booth boundaries will be strictly enforced.

On-site security is provided overnight. However, safety of products left in booths is the responsibility of the vendor, not the Meridian Dairy Days.

Please list all products, food and beverages to be sold and the price you will be charging. You may be asked to alter your offerings.
